As part of the educational project “Iron Change”, the Department of Chemistry organized an engaging event for students from various regions of Ukraine. The session blended learning, science, and hands-on practice — a vivid demonstration of modern chemistry in action.
Guided by department instructors, students explored methods for monitoring environmental conditions, with a focus on measuring the Air Quality Index (AQI). They observed how specialized tools and digital applications are used in environmental analysis, gaining insight into both the technical process and the broader importance of environmental responsibility.
Held in a welcoming and informative atmosphere, the event featured active student participation, lively discussions, experiments, and captivating demonstrations. It clearly showed that science can be accessible, exciting, and truly inspiring.
