Dear scientific and pedagogical workers, postgraduates and students! We congratulate everyone on the professional holiday – Science Day in Ukraine! It is a day to honor the scientific traditions and achievements of scientists who introduce the latest technologies with their painstaking work, increasing the intellectual potential of domestic and world science.
Now our University ranks second among the higher educational institutions of Ukraine in the international ranking SciMago Institutions Rankings 2022. It also ranks 12 in the ranking of domestic higher education institutions. Precarpathian University has been in the top 20 best universities in Ukraine, the top 10 best classical universities in Ukraine and the top 10 best higher education institutions in the Western region of Ukraine for several years in a row and is the leader in the rating of higher educational institutions of Ivano-Frankivsk region.
The war unleashed by Russia against Ukraine has created new challenges for the Ukrainian state and society and, consequently, for domestic science.
Today, our entire scientific community continues to work with dedication to the tasks that have arisen in connection with the new realities. Several Precarpathian scientists are in the units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and territorial defense.
The scientific community of Precarpathian expresses its heartfelt thanks to foreign scientific institutions and organizations that expressed their support to Ukraine and have provided and continue to assist. There are a lot of such examples.
